Making the game affordable for all who want to play

One of Des Moines Soccer Club’s core values is offering high quality programming at an affordable price. We appreciate that not everyone can afford to pay the full fees, and DMSC is committed to offering avenues and removing financial barriers for all of the youth in our community to play soccer.. At this time, we have a limited amount of financial assistance available for members who may need it. ​


All financial and personal information included on this application is considered highly confidential and this information is not shared with anyone outside of the DMSC Board of Directors. For the privacy of our applicants, all documentation will be destroyed or returned (upon request).

Select Program Financial Assistance Application

Applications must be requested by July 1 for select players. Late applications may not be accepted. This application is good for one year. This will cover both Fall and Spring season. Every year a new application will need to be submitted for consideration.



親/保護者の役割と責任

奨学金申請を完了しても、奨学金の支給が保証されるわけではありません。奨学金には制服費用は含まれません。


Parent/Guardian Commitment 

I understand that if I am awarded financial assistance, I will provide support for my child to attend practices, games and clinics as requested by the coach or club.

  • Financial assistance covers registration fees for Spring/Fall season and supplemental programming. It does not include uniforms.

How to apply for financial assistance:

1. Playmetricsアカウントにログイン/作成する

2. Navigate to “Programs” 

  • Mobile - located on the bottom menu.
    Select the dropdown arrow next to “Programs” on the top left hand side of the screen and click “Financial Aid”
  • Click the Plus Sign button to begin the financial aid request process

  • Click “Request Financial Aid” button to begin the process


3. プレイヤーを選択サポートが必要なプレイヤーを選択し、リクエストフォームに記入してください。記入が完了したら、「リクエストを送信」ボタンをクリックしてください。

4. Submission Notification

After your request has been submitted, a pop-up message will note that your request has been submitted.

5. 電子メールによる確認お客様のリクエストに関して決定が下されると、クラブから通知と電子メールが届きます。
