Registration Information
初めてクラブに入会される方も、ようこそ！以前クラブに入会された方も、ぜひまたお越しください！クラブに入会していただき、ありがとうございます。
当社の登録プラットフォーム
当クラブでは、登録、支払い、コミュニケーション、スケジュール管理など、クラブ運営に必要なすべての機能を備えたPlayMetricsをオールインワンのシステムとして利用しています。新規ユーザーは、当クラブのプログラムに登録する前に、PlayMetricsを通じてアカウントを作成する必要があります。
Registration Policies
- No refunds will be given unless the club is unable to place a player on a team.
- If there are any unforseen circumstances (example: global pandemic, earthquake) and the club is not able to have a season, refunds will be given minus a $10.00 per participant service fee.
- 不渡り小切手には 10 ドルの追加料金が課せられます。
- NEW PLAYERS: need to show a birth certificate or passport for proof of age.

Season Timelines
春の季節:
- Expect to hear from your coach in late March.

- Game schedules are typically available late August.

Recreation:
- Shin guards (worn under socks)
- Correctly sized soccer ball
- Soccer cleats are highly recommended, but optional.
- No toe cleats allowed — these are typically used for baseball or football

制服
注：Soccer Masterは最近soccer.comに買収されました。ユニフォームの注文に関する詳細は後日お知らせいたします。
- 制服の購入は登録とは別の取引となります。
- ユニフォームは、ユニフォームサプライヤーであるsoccer.comを通じて注文および処理されます。
- ユニフォームは、プレーヤーの年齢グループとプログラムの両方に応じて異なります。
- ユニフォームは2年間のシーズンサイクル（2024年秋〜2026年春）を通じて使用できます。
Recreation Uniforms:
Des Moines Soccer Club uniforms will be available through soccer.com. Additional details about uniform ordering will be forthcoming!
Uniform includes:
- (2) jerseys — 1 black, 1 red,
- （1）ショートパンツ（黒）
- (2) pairs of socks — 1 black pair, 1 red pair
Note: We now require the purchase of
both jerseys — black and red — for our U6 – U8 programs.
Academy and Select Uniforms:
アカデミーおよびセレクトの選手には、ユニフォームを注文するための招待状が電子メールで送信されます。
- Watch for your email to come directly from soccer.com. Once you receive it, please order right away — games can start as early as August.
- トレーニングトップをご注文の際は、背中にネームや背番号を入れることをご検討ください。寒い日にジャージの上に着られるようになるかもしれません（審判の判断次第です）。
- You may want to consider getting multiple training shirts so you always have a clean one for practice.
- 靴下を複数足購入することを検討してもよいでしょう。
- ユニフォームの多くはレディースサイズもご用意しております。ユースMサイズはレディースXSとほぼ同じサイズですが、より女性らしいカットになっています。詳しくはsoccer.comまでお問い合わせください。
- 保護者の方はご自身用のトレーニングトップスなどのアイテムもご注文いただけます。
- オプションのバックパックをご購入の場合は、デモインのVan Ginkel's Sporting Goodsに持ち込めば、他の選手のバッグと区別しやすいよう、名字を刺繍してもらえます。刺繍料金は7.50ドルで、月曜日に持ち込めば翌週の月曜日までに仕上がります。
Payment Plans
- Payment plans are available in 3-, 6-, and 12-month increments, depending on the program.
- Payments will be taken based on the day you register (example: if you register on the 7th, your payments will be taken on the 7th of the month)

- Service fee applies to all online payments
- Covers the cost of the Demosphere registration system, including data privacy, security and PCI Compliance
- PLEASE NOTE: Registration is processed through our registration partner, Playmetrics. DMSC is unable to stop or change payments.
